These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Haya Tours, registered in Armenia, registration number 40122398, hereafter referred to as “the Company”.

By booking a tour or service with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Booking & Confirmation

·    A booking is considered confirmed once full or partial payment is received.

·    Confirmation will be sent by email or booking platform (Viator, GetYourGuide, direct website, etc.).

·    The lead traveler is responsible for sharing all tour information with other participants.

Pricing & Payments

·    All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

·    Prices include services specified in the tour description.

·    Prices exclude personal expenses, optional activities, tips, and items not mentioned as included.

·    The Company reserves the right to adjust prices due to fuel costs, taxes, or exchange rate changes before confirmation.

Cancellation Policy (Multi-Day Tours)

·    Cancellations made more than 15 days before the tour start date will receive a full refund, minus any non-recoverable transaction or banking fees.

·    Cancellations made 15 days or less before the tour start date are non-refundable.

·    No refunds will be issued for no-shows, early departures, or unused services.

·    All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Cancellation & Refund Policy (Day Tours)

·    Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled tour start time are non-refundable.

·    Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the tour start time may be eligible for a full refund, unless otherwise stated in the tour description.

·    No refunds will be issued for no-shows, late arrivals, or unused services.
